The ALTA 3-06 insures against loss or damage sustained by the Insured in the event that, at Date of Policy: According to the applicable zoning ordinances and amendments the Land is not classified as a particular zone and whether specific uses are allowed under that classification.  The endorsement costs 15% of the insurance premium, with a minimum of $150.00.  It is a simultaneous endorsement; therefore, if the lender requires the endorsement, it may also be issued for the owner’s policy at no additional charge.
