ALTA 33-06: Disbursement 

This endorsement may be issued on residential or commercial property but is only available for Loan Policies where the underlying Indebtedness is a construction loan with "Construction Loan Advances" occurring after the Date of Policy. This endorsement brings forward the Date of Coverage and allows for changes to Schedule A or B of the policy, which may be necessary due to subsequently recorded matters such as easements or covenants.
