Single Tax Parcel
ALTA 18-06
This endorsement is available for owner's and loan policies. This endorsement provides coverage in the event that the land described in Schedule A does not constitute a single parcel for real estate tax purposes, separate and apart from other property, or in the event that the permanent tax number identified in the endorsement affects other land in addition to the insured land.
Multiple Tax Parcel
ALTA 18.1-06
This endorsement is available for owner's and loan policies. Similar to the coverage afforded under the ALTA 18-06, this endorsement is used where multiple parcels with multiple tax identification numbers are subject of the policy. However, this endorsement further gives coverage from loss incurred by insured should any failure of tax payment result in the termination of any insured easement rights
